Learning With DacEasy Accounting

I recently became the Operations Manager for a small wholesale toy importer. I was concerned about the computer programs because I would be doing bookkeeping as part of my job, which is not my strong point. Plus, I only had one week of training before I would be on my own.

I was thrilled to discover how easy DacEasy was to learn. I use the entire Accounting program, including its Billing, Receivables, Payables, Cash and General Ledger modules. The Billing feature is probably the easiest I have ever used in my 20 years in the business. The "Lookup" features and the ability to add new information "on the fly" is great. Even learning the bookkeeping portion was easy. The manual gives a step-by-step explanation, making even the chart of accounts non-threatening to a beginner.

My favorite part about DacEasy is the wonderful support staff. The third week on my own, I accidentally wiped out the chart of accounts while trying to restore from the backup disks. Thanks to an incredible technician, my files were rebuilt and I was back to work in only a few days. I get quick and professional service whenever I call for help.
