Technical assistance is also available on a call-by-call basis
for users who do not think they will need more than one or two support
calls per year. To use your credit card, call 770-492-6404. Please
have your credit card number and expiration date ready when you
call. Your credit card will be billed at a rate of $50 for the first
10 minutes and $5 per minutes.
Important Changes on How to Contact Customer Support Services
Effective Friday the 5th of March, you will notice some
changes in our automated attendant. The changes are due to an upgrade
to our phone system. Our new phone system is designed to connect
you directly to a support specialist trained to resolve the particular
issue. You will be prompted to enter a "module code".
Select the appropriate code from the list below to connect with
the certified support specialist. For queries, reporting or publishing
requests please select the appropriate module
code.
