- What is a DacEasy Passport membership?
DacEasy Passport is the new gateway to all DacEasy.com products and services, implemented to insure a safe, secure, and convenient online experience for you, our customer.
- Why does DacEasy Passport require a valid e-mail address?
With a valid e-mail address you are able to create a secure DacEasy Passport membership.
- I just signed up as a new member and Passport won't let me log in. Why?
You need to activate your Passport account before you can log in. You can activate your account by opening the activation e-mail titled "Welcome to Passport" sent by Subscriptionhelp@DacEasy.com when your account was created. Simply open the e-mail and click on the activation link provided in the e-mail. (Some users, including AOL members will need to copy and paste or type this activation link into their browser.) You will be asked to confirm your password and then your membership account will be activated.
- I don't remember my password, what should I do?
On the Passport Login page, click Reset Password. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and new password. The Passport system will send you a change password, activation e-mail to your e-mail address in your membership profile. Open this e-mail and click on the link to complete the change password process. (Some users, including AOL members will need to copy and paste or type this link into their browser.) Be aware that the Remember Me on Future Visits function will not work until you log in with your new password.
- When I log into Passport, the e-mail and password fields are filled in for me. Other people in the office use my
computer, and I don't want them to use my login information. What should I do?
If you do not want us to remember you on future visits, then log out of Passport or deselect the Remember Me on Future Visits checkbox on the Log in page. The next time you login, the e-mail address and
password fields will be blank. The log out link can be found on the blue navigation bar on the left side of the site.
It is accessible only when you are currently logged in to Passport.
- How do I change my e-mail address in Passport?
To change your e-mail address choose Edit My Profile from the blue navigation bar on the left side of the site. Log in, if prompted. When you get to the profile page, change your e-mail address, and click the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
- What is the difference between Company Name and Business Name in Passport?
A Company’s Name is the umbrella name for that company. A Business Name is the name the “umbrella” company names any sub-companies. For example: Dominos Pizza Inc. is the company name. Dominos Pizza # 143 is the Business Name. This is the name attached to any service the customer orders for this business.
The Company Name is listed in the Customer Profile Page.
The Business Name is listed on the My Subscriptions page and all the services attached to that business would be listed there as well.
- How do I change my Company Name?
To change your Company Name, you simply edit the name on the My Profile page and save. You can reach this page from the “edit my profile” link under the DacEasy Passport section of the DacEasy.com navigation tool bar.
- How do I change my Business Name?
Log into Passport, select My business, you will see a list of your businesses and the services attached. Select the business you would like to change and then click on View Details - Change your business name and “Apply”.
